Location: Penn Avenue (somewhere between 76th Street to the Cross Town [actual location will be assign by Parks and Rec Dept. once they have idea how many Vehicles are coming]). Richfield, Minnesota

Thank you for participating in this year’s event! Open Streets at Penn Fest is coming up on Sunday, September 16 from 12:00-5:00pm. Attached you will find two items:

· Map indicating your location on Penn Avenue. Each group or business is assigned a number which you will find marked on the street the day of the event. Set-up begins at 11:15am!

Directions for the day. Please read through this carefully so you know what to expect on the day of the event.

It is very important that you share this information with everyone from your group or business who may be coming to Open Streets at Penn Fest so everyone knows where to go and what to expect.

Please use your website and social media to let people know that you will be at Open Streets at Penn Fest. The more people who know about the event, the better the turnout.

If you have any questions, please contact me by the end of the day on Thursday! I will not be in the office on Friday or over the weekend.

Plan to set-up on Penn Ave. near the intersection of 66th Street. You will be on the street in front of the CVS store which is on the west side of the street. There is plenty of room there so if you end up with more than 3 vehicles, that’s fine.

The event is from Noon-5:00pm.

Penn Ave. will begin closing at 11:00am so the vehicles can set-up between 11am-Noon. There will be a hard street closure right at 66th Street so the vehicles may have to ask police to move the barricades to let them into their spot. The street will reopen at 6:00pm.

Attached is the registration form for Community Groups in which there is no fee to participate as long as you offer an activity on the Avenue. Your provided activity not only enhances the overall event but is a great way to draw people to your table.
