Cooler\ for day trip.
Plenty of water.
Warm clothes just in case.
Handheld walkie-talkies if you have them.
Good spares tire for trailer and jeep.
Tools.
Oil ,Gear oil\ pump to put gear oil in.
Top for your Jeep.
Cover for your jeep if you have one.
Hat for your melon.
Windshield wiper fluid for your jeep that's funny.
Tow straps.
Seat cushions.

Timing for getting hotel rooms is imperative that people get rooms before they’re all booked up. The Black Hills are a very popular place in the summer see you there.

Alert to Red Bull Military Vehicle Members: (Paid)
August 21st - August 27th, 2022
A military vehicle (MV) convoy for Red Bull Military Vehicle paid members (only) is being scheduled to do some light trail riding in the Black Hills, Sunday, August 21st, for six nights departing Saturday, August 27th.
There will be two legs/parts to the trip. See details. If interested, it is very important that you schedule the hotels/cabins ASAP. See details below.
RAIN AIN’T GONNA STOP US
Leg 1: Deadwood, South Dakota: August 21st thru August 23rd, departing the hotel August 24th:
Reservations can be made at Deadwood Gulch Resort, Deadwood, South Dakota. Phone number is: 605-578-1294. A block of a few rooms on the first floor is under the name Andrea Bottolfson. Rates for the King rooms is $109 per night prior to any discounts/taxes. Please call ASAP for a room under this block. When making the reservation directly with the hotel, you will be asked to provide a deposit, and that will remove one of the blocked rooms under Andrea’s name.
Any cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to August 21st without being penalized. There are also other room sizes available within the hotel. Check-in is after 3 pm.
Parking for trailers is available across the streel from the Resort. Jeeps can be parked outside your 1st floor room. The hotel is .9 of a mile from central downtown Deadwood.
Leg 2: Custer, South Dakota, the evenings of August 24th thru August 26th, departing, Saturday, August 27th. Reservations can be made for a cabin at Roost Inn, Custer, South Dakota. Phone number is 605-673-2326. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The rates start at $119/night for a queen bed. There are other options also, such as different sized cabins, larger beds., etc. A deposit will be required., and there is a 21-day cancellation requirement. The Roost Inn is approximately one mile outside of Custer. Checkout the cabins here at www.roostresort.blackhills.com

Please make reservations at either one of these locations, or both of them, as soon as you can. A person could attend Leg One or Leg Two or both. Otherwise, if these locations are not available, there are other locations in the area that will still may work for you.
